Salia is a young woman who receives you at the harbour. She welcomes you to Port Juno and shows your house to you. Salia also introduces you general facts and the money, class system, changes you from a human to your preferred class, and gives you the money to buy your first weapon. Salia is part of the tutorial, and currently serves no other purpose in The Legend of Notch: Reincarnation storyline.
After you walk into your house, she will be located located in the market(Since NOBODY seems to know how to read quests).

The story of Salia is unknown, but she was a friend of your grandmother so she feels opliged to include you into Port Juno's society.
